BIO: 

Samantha Drechsel is an American opposite (pos.2) playing the 22-23 season for Pays D’Aix Venelles in France A1. She played the season prior in Switzerland where she won the Swiss Championship with NUC Volleyball (21/22). Samantha finished her college career as one of the most winningest players ever to play for the University of Washington. She led her team to the top 16 of the NCAA in all four years that she played at the university. She was recognized as one of the top players in the country earning AVCA First Team All-American honors in 2020. She was also named to the AVCA All-Region team (2021, 2020, 2019 HM) and the All Pac-12 Conference team (2021, 2020, 2019 HM).
