Alexis recently completed her fifth year as a middle blocker at the University of North Carolina after playing for Iowa State University for 4 years. She has made it to the NCAA Tournament 4 times. As a captain, Alexis started in every game and helped UNC get their first tournament appearance since 2021 where they lost in the second round to #3 Penn State. She ended her career at just under 600 kills and 400 blocks as a middle blocker with 300 of those kills being in her last 2 seasons.
