BIO:
Agnes Hegardt is a 2023 opposite/middle from Lund, Sweden. Agnes plays with the Swedish Youth National team and has represented Sweden in U16, U17, and U19 competitions. Agnes attends the National Volleyball High School where they have a combination of volleyball with their academics. The lifestyle at RIG Falköping is similar to that of a college athlete and prepares them well for the demanding schedule that student-athletes have in the US. With the National Volleyball High School (RIG Falköping) Agnes plays with the top team that competes in the Swedish Elitserien. The Swedish Elitserien is the highest level in Sweden and is semi-professional. Many former college players from top conferences start their professional careers playing in this league. Agnes has previous experience in this league with her club team Lunds VK.
