BIO:
Kayla Lund is an American outside hitter (pos 4). In the spring of 2024 Kayla played for Las Changas Naranjito in Puerto Rico A1. Kayla played the 22-23 season for NUC Volleyball in Switzerland. NUC is consistently one of the top teams in Switzerland and Kayla helped them win Gold in the Swiss Cup this season. They are also competing in the CEV Cup. Kayla played for the University of Pittsburgh as a starter for the past 5 years using her extra Covid-19 year where she led her team to the programs first ACC Championships (2017, 2018, & 2019), Elite Eight (2020), and Final Four (2021) in school history. Kayla was named AVCA First Team All American (2021) and First Team All-ACC team (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021) as well as the University’s first 2x ACC Player of the Year (2019, 2020).
