BIO:
Helena Elbaek is an opposite/outside (zone 2/4) from Denmark. Helena is the captain of the Danish National team and has played with the senior team since 2017. She played NCAA Division 1 college volleyball in the US for American University where she was a three time First Team All-Patriot league and the 2021 Patriot League Scholar Athlete of the Year.
