Taylor is a dominant American middle blocker and two-sport Division I athlete from the University of Connecticut, where she excelled in both Women’s Volleyball and Track & Field. A relentless competitor and team captain, Pannell made her mark in the Big East with multiple honors, including Big East All-Conference recognition, Big East Player of the Week, and three-time Big East Defensive Player of the Week. Over her collegiate career, she set the UConn record for most sets played and ranks among the program’s top five all-time in blocks and top seven in hitting percentage. Pannell is set to begin her professional career with Volley Lugano in Switzerland for the 2025–26 season, bringing her skills and experience to the European stage.
