Bio: Lydia Grote is an American opposite with outside hitter experience. She finished her college career at University of Minnesota making it to the second round of the NCAA tournament. She was the third round, first pick of the PVF draft to the Orlando Valkyries, where she is competing in her first pro season for the Spring 2025 season.
