Elise is an American outside/opposite hitter who recently completed her rookie professional season with the San Diego Mojo in the Pro Volleyball Federation (PVF). She played collegiately at Baylor University, earning a degree in Health Science Studies and earning multiple honors including 2024 AVCA Honorable Mention All-American, 2024 AVCA All-Southwest Region, and 2023-24 All-Big 12 First Team. During her collegiate career, McGhee helped lead Baylor to two NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 appearances and back-to-back second-place finishes in the Big 12 Conference. She also earned Big 12 All-Freshman Team honors in 2021 along with Rookie of the Week and December Champion of the Month awards.
