Norah is an American outside hitter from Papillion, Nebraska, who was drafted 3rd overall in the 2024 Pro Volleyball Federation (PVF) draft. In 2025, she helped the Valkyries win the PVF Championship title. Following her strong debut season, Sis was invited to the U.S. National Team training camp, where she will compete for a spot on the roster for the U23 Pan American Cup. Sis played her collegiate career at Creighton University, where she was a four-time All-BIG EAST selection and led her team to the NCAA Elite Eight during her senior season. She accumulated numerous honors throughout her college career, including AVCA All-American (Second Team in 2024, Third Team in 2021, Honorable Mention in 2022), BIG EAST Freshman of the Year in 2021, and BIG EAST Player of the Year in 2022. Sis was also a consistent academic performer, earning Second Team Academic All-American in 2024 and being named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team three times.
