Kaitlyn is a five-time All-Region selection and four-time All-American. After leading the NCAA in blocks per set (1.61) at the University of Nebraska, she transitioned to the professional ranks. In the 2024 MLV (PVF) season, she ranked 4th in the league with a .332 hitting percentage, proving to be one of the most efficient and reliable offensive threats in the United States. Her international experience includes a professional debut in Romania and years of development within the USA Volleyball National Team pipeline. Most recently, she finished the 2025-26 season with a Championship trophy with the Dallas Pulse of the MLV.
