Jess is an American middle blocker (pos.3). Jess played her rookie professional season for Neptunes de Nantes in the top league in France where she led them to a SuperCup title, silver medal in the French Cup, and a second place finish in the championship. Jess played college volleyball for Duke University and the University of Michigan. She graduated from Michigan as the career record holder in hitting percentage (.341) and set the single season record for hitting percentage in Big Ten play (.388). Jess is signed to the US's League One Volleyball for the 2025-2027 seasons.
