Emma is an American setter competing for French A1 league powerhouse Volley Mulhouse Alsace for the 2026–2027 season. During the 2025-26 season, she led her club Dresdner SC to the German Bundesliga Championship match, where they finished 2nd. She began her professional career in the spring of 2025 with Changas de Naranjito in Puerto Rico’s top league, quickly making an impact at the pro level. A standout at the University of Kentucky, Grome was one of the most accomplished setters in NCAA volleyball. She was a four-time AVCA Second Team All-American, four-time All-SEC First Team selection, and helped lead the Wildcats to four consecutive SEC Championships. Grome finished her college career as Kentucky’s all-time leader in assists, while also earning AVCA All-Region First Team honors every season. Known for her elite court vision, tempo control, and leadership, Grome led the SEC in assists per set from 2021 to 2024 and ranked top five nationally multiple times — including first in the NCAA in 2023.
