AlishaGlassChildress

Alisha Glass Childress is an American Head Coach, who holds a legendary background as both a player and a leader. A premier setter for the U.S. National Team for six years, Alisha led Team USA to a bronze medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics—where she was named Best Setter—and secured gold at the 2014 World Championships. Her transition to coaching has been just as successful, featuring pivotal roles on the sidelines for the U.S. National Team during their 2018 Pan American Cup gold medal run and at Stanford University, where she helped guide the Cardinals to the 2019 NCAA National Championship. At the pro level, Alisha recently finished her first season as Head Coach in the MLV with San Diego Mojo, in which she led the team to a top 4 finish, taking them to the playoffs. Combined with three national titles as a star at Penn State and just under a decade of professional player experience worldwide, Alisha’s deep tactical knowledge and proven leadership make her the ideal person to guide any team to success.
