Laure will begin her professional volleyball career in the 2025–26 season with Evreux Volley, competing in France’s top league. A Dutch outside hitter, Jansen finished her collegiate career at Middle Tennessee State University, where she was a standout performer in NCAA Division I play. She started her U.S. college career at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock before transferring to MTSU, competing in Conference USA. Known for her strong reception and all-around skills, Jansen earned back-to-back Conference USA Second Team All-Conference honors in 2023 and 2024, was named Conference USA Defensive Player of the Week, and holds the MTSU record for most digs in a single match with 39. Prior to moving to the U.S., she completed a degree in Spatial Design (Ruimtelijke Vormgeving) at Rijn IJssel in Arnhem and played for VoCASA in Nijmegen within the Dutch volleyball system. She has also earned several academic honors, including College Sports Communicators Academic All-District recognition and inclusion on the CUSA Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
