BIO

Wilma Rivera is a left-handed setter with a jump top spin serve. She played college volleyball at Penn State University before transferring to University of Louisville where she led the Cardinals to an ACC Conference Championship. At Louisville she was named the 2017 and 2018 ACC Setter of the Year recognizing her as the best setter in the conference. She also received AVCA All-Region honors and was recognized as an AVCA Honorable Mention All-American in 2017 and 2018. She is a member of the Puerto Rican National Team and was named Best Setter at Copa Pan Americana U18 in 2013, while also earning silver with her team. She earned the bronze medal at the NORCECA U18 games in 2013.
