Roosa is a Finnish professional volleyball player and middle blocker, entering her fourth season with VfB Suhl in the German Bundesliga. A veteran of international and club competition, she has represented the Finnish National Team and played professionally in Finland, France, and Germany, including a stint with USC Münster. In March 2025, Laakkonen was named German Bundesliga Player of the Month and served as team captain for VfB Suhl, leading the club to the semifinals of the league playoffs. Known for her work ethic and leadership, she continues to be a key presence in both domestic and international competition.
