Lauren Attieh is an accomplished Canadian outside hitter currently in her fifth year with the University of the Fraser Valley Cascades in U SPORTS/Canada West. She has been a cornerstone of the Cascades’ attack, amassing over 800 career kills and 600 digs. During the 2024-25 season she averaged 3.41 kills and 4.0 points per set in the regular season, increasing to 3.6 kills and 4.35 points per set in playoff action, finishing fifth in Canada West kills, fourth in total points, and seventh in aces—helping lead UFV to win the regular-season standings and earned her Canada West First-Team All-Star recognition. She is also part of the Canadian National Team Next Generation. Lauren is now set on continuing her career abroad as a professional.
